CLAST
Confidence Limits after Sequential Trial is an R-package that computes exact upper and lower confidence limits a single arm sequential trial. The method is based on the construction of Buehler (1957) applied to an ordering of the sample space generated by the log-likelihood function. The ordering can be modified to ensure that the limits are compatible with the results of the test. Technical details have been published in
Exact confidence limits after a group sequential single arm binary trial. Statistics in Medicine 38, 2389-2399.
